- 1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶盐酸盐为吡啶类衍生物,可用作医药中间体;作为多巴胺能神经毒素MPTP HCl,能在帕金森动物模型中选择性破坏多巴胺能神经元,诱导凋亡;体外研究显示其可促进人类成神经细胞瘤M17细胞凋亡和Tau磷酸化,提升α-synuclein水平,激活PKA和GSK3β;体内研究表明其可减少小鼠黑质致密部酪氨酸羟化酶阳性神经元数量,降低1型硫氧还蛋白还原酶表达和活性,引起类似帕金森患者的神经化学、行为及组织病理学改变,可通过皮下、静脉、腹腔、肌内注射等途径施用,是亲脂性原毒素,可透过血脑屏障并在脑内转化为1-methyl-4-phenylpyridine。
