实验步骤:一般步骤:将苯甲酰胺(0.75mmol)溶解在微波小瓶中的THF(5mL)中,向其中加入P2S5 / Al2O3(0.53g,相当于0.90mmol的P2S5)。然后将小瓶密封,悬浮液为 在CEM Discover。(TM)中在微波辐射下加热。 微波反应器:在60℃下60W,搅拌和空气冷却。 5分钟后完成转化(如TLC所示)。 将整个溶液冷却并倒在短的二氧化硅塞上。 用己烷洗脱该物质以除去非极性杂质,然后用己烷/ EtOAc洗脱以回收产物。 除去溶剂,得到纯的硫代苯甲酰胺,产率为92%。
