- - 概述
乐卡地平具有独特的双苯环侧链和较大体积的立体分子结构,是至今所应用的膜结合系数最高的钙离子拮抗剂之一,其质子化的氨基基团使其在血浆与组织壁之间的颗粒交换变得更为容易。故乐卡地平具有较短的血浆半衰期,而有持久的临床降压作用。
- 乐卡地平是新一代的二氢吡啶类钙离子通道阻滞剂,具有较强的血管选择性,起效平缓,降压作用强,作用时间长,负性肌力作用少。体外研究发现,乐卡地平对血管平滑肌有直接的舒张作用,因而在体内具有较强的降压作用,但对心率和心输出量的影响较小。

Lercanidipine是一种对血管具有特异性的钙离子通道拮抗剂,可用于治疗发性高血压。
