- 用途
- 化学合成;作为D型氨基酸肽段,具有细胞通透性,抑制MUC1-C二聚化从而抑制致瘤作用;在体外研究中,可下调TIGAR蛋白,调节AKT-S6K1-elF4A信号并抑制p-AKT,增加ROS和线粒体跨膜电位损失;在体内小鼠移植瘤模型中,能抑制MUC1阳性大肠癌细胞生长和生存,在乳腺、前列腺移植瘤及肺癌和某些恶性血液病中具有抗瘤活性。
