- Picroside I 是胡黄连的主要成分,可用于含量测定/鉴定/药理实验等;具有保肝降酶、利胆退黄、免疫调节、抗乙肝病毒作用,可用于哮喘研究,能显著减轻炎症,下调 pSTAT6 和 GATA3 表达,剂量依赖性增加血清 IFN-γ 水平。
