用途
A 779 is a G protein-coupled receptor Mas antagonist (Ang1-7 receptor). In vitro: inhibits Ang-(1-7) effects on PCNA, VSMC proliferation/migration, and inflammatory responses (MCP-1, VCAM-1, IL-1β). In vivo: elevates bone markers (BALP, CTX, TRAcP 5b, OC, DPD) in OVX rats; blocks captopril's bone protective effects and Ang1-7/Mas pathway downregulation.
