- (-)-表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯具有抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗突变作用,可作为肿瘤多药耐药性逆转剂,改善癌细胞对化疗敏感性,减轻心脏毒性,保护内皮促进血管舒张减少心血管疾病;作为新资源食品,食用量≤300毫克/天(以EGCG计),适用食品类别不包括婴幼儿食品;在生命科学领域用于抗氧化剂、抑制端粒酶和DNA甲基转移酶、阻滞EGF和HER-2受体激活等研究。
