- 姜酚类化合物是姜的特征性化学成分之一,具有强心、保肝利胆、调血脂、抗血小板聚集、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎、止痛的药理作用;其中8-姜酚具有保肝、杀菌、强心和抗凝血等功效,对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力有显著的抑制作用,抑制率与浓度呈现剂量反应关系
