- 用途
- 化学合成;作为抗生素,对革兰氏阳性菌和厌氧菌具有高活性,对B16黑色素瘤细胞具有明显毒性;体外研究显示对B16-F10细胞活性较高,IC50值约为chromomycin A3的3倍;体内研究显示在0.03~0.01 mg/kg剂量下对P388荷瘤小鼠有轻微延长生存期作用,但抗肿瘤活性有限。
