- 具有降血压和抗心律失常等作用,还具有阻断肾上腺α受体和抑制细胞内钙释放作用;可减慢心率,抑制心肌收缩力,减轻脂质过氧化损伤,保护大鼠缺血再灌注心肌损伤,改善脑缺血组织能量代谢状况,缩小脑梗塞范围;对α1受体具有较高选择性,呈竞争性拮抗;抑制平滑肌收缩。
