- 生命科学,血管选择性钙拮抗剂,具有高效和长效的降压活性;医药,用于治疗高血压。药理作用为高度选择性作用于平滑肌钙离子通道,扩张外周动脉,减少外周阻力,降压强而持久;化学性质在乙酸乙酯中结晶,熔点174~175℃;药代动力学口服吸收迅速,生物利用度2%~9%,起效2小时,5小时达峰,半衰期7~8小时,95%与血浆蛋白结合,代谢物73%~95%经粪便排出。
