- 在毒蕈碱作用部位具有竞争性抗乙酰胆碱作用,对消化道等内脏平滑肌具有选择性的强大的解痉作用;适用于胃炎、胃和十二指肠溃疡、肠炎、过敏性结肠综合征和胆囊、胆道疾患引起的痉挛及运动功能亢进;对胃液分泌的抑制作用远比丁溴东莨菪碱强。
