- 佛司可林是腺苷酸环化酶的直接激活剂,广泛用于细胞生理学研究以提高cAMP水平,可促进脂肪、糖原分解,心肌收缩,平滑肌舒张,抑制血小板凝聚等;临床用于心血管疾病、青光眼、支气管哮喘等;还可用于含量测定、鉴定及药理实验,具有抗高血压、抗肿瘤转移和抗青光眼等药理活性。
