- - 多肽合成中的消旋抑制剂。有报道称其效果优于N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(HOSu,NHS)
- 在肽合成中,N-羟基-5-降冰片烯-2,3-二甲酰亚胺用于与DCC连接的有效试剂,其可减少外消旋化,抑制N-酰基脲生成,并得到高收率的肽;相应的氯甲酸酯,可用于引入不同种类的氨基保护基团。
