- 氨基酸保护剂;多肽合成用缩合剂。HBTU是酸胺缩合反应中鎓盐类缩合剂,价格比HATU便宜,比HBOT和EDCI组合贵,投料方法简单,缩合副产物为HOBT和TMU。可用作多肽合成偶联剂,具有极低消旋概率、反应条件简单、反应时间短、产率较高的优点。
