- - 6-氯哒嗪-3-羧酸甲酯它的化学和生物化学特性已使它成为抗肿瘤、抗病菌和农业杀虫剂等方面的重要药物和中间体,是制备硬脂酰CoA去饱和酶来治疗肥胖病的重要中间体。
- 制备
α-酮戊二酸 2.2g 加入到装有 5 mL 水的单口瓶中,室温搅拌下缓慢滴加 9 mL水合肼(3~4 min),溶液慢慢变为淡黄色,搅拌30 min后放入冰箱中,3 h 后抽滤,得白色粉末2.07 g,产率 98.1 %。m.p. 265 ℃。直接用于下步反应。
