- 用途
- 作为PI3K/Akt (RhoA的下游靶标) 激活剂,减少3-甲基胆碱处理细胞中RhoA/PTEN激活;诱导血红素加氧酶(HO-1)抑制血管紧张素II刺激VSMC细胞增殖;激活心脏β-adrenoceptors具有正性肌力作用;体外研究中,1-100μM浓度下18小时处理RAVSMC和RAW 264.7细胞,浓度依赖性抑制LPS+INF-γ诱导的亚硝酸盐积累(IC50分别为22μM和30μM),抑制iNOS基因转录表达;体内研究中,5mg/kg腹腔注射8小时处理LPS诱导大鼠,血清NOx水平从86μM降至34μM。
