- 用途
- 增加血流量并抑制血小板聚集;缓解疼痛,具有抗心绞痛作用,用于缺血性症状的研究;对末梢循环有改善作用,对血小板的环磷酸苷含量、血栓素的生成有抑制作用;用于闭塞性血栓血管炎及并发溃疡、疼痛及冷感等缺血症状;抑制IL-1介导的人IVD细胞中神经生长因子(NGF)的诱导,IC50为70.9nM;口服100mg/kg以上可缓解大鼠Argipressin诱导的心电图ST段压低;犬冠状动脉内注射1-100ng/kg可显著增加冠状动脉血流量,对心率、血压等无影响;静脉注射1-3mg/kg可降低犬冠状动脉大、小血管阻力;口服相同或更低剂量可抑制豚鼠ADP和胶原输注诱导的血小板聚集、黏附性、出血时间及血小板减少症。
