- 化学合成,通过固相合成制备N-芳基磺酰胺键合肽;作为多肽缩合试剂,应用于羧基与氨基合成肽键的反应,相对于其他类似缩合剂反应速度更快,不易消旋,利用HATU进行酰胺化反应条件温和,产率高,很多大位阻的缩合剂也能反应,广泛应用于合成各种医药中间体;肽偶联试剂;利用固相合成方法制备N-芳磺胺连接的多肽;最新研究表明,该偶联剂的晶体以及溶液结构是胍盐N-氧化物,而不是脲阳离子化合物;固相肽合成中有效的偶联剂。
