- 作为九肽类竞争性加压素/催产素受体拮抗剂,主要用于自发早产的研究;体外可抑制催产素介导的肌细胞膜IP3释放、减少肌细胞内质网钙释放及细胞外钙内流、抑制催产素介导的蜕膜PGE和PGF释放;体内可影响精氨酸加压素对母胎心血管和肾脏系统的生理作用,在妊娠晚期绵羊中给药1小时未引起母胎心血管变化,可阻断小鼠臂旁核中催产素受体表达神经元的激活
