- 大豆皂苷Bb可溶于水、易溶于热乙醇,难溶于乙醚、苯等极性小的有机溶剂;主要用于含量测定、鉴定、药理实验等;具有降低胆固醇、降血脂、降血糖及抗氧化作用,可作为醛糖还原酶差异抑制剂(ARDI)。
