- 药理作用:绣线菊甙对大鼠晶状体醛糖还原酶具有抑制活性,当浓度为10μM和1μM时,其抑制率分别为51.2%和8.9%;抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,IC50为1.3μM,抗黄嘌呤氧化酶的IC50为2.5μM;对cAMP磷酸二酯酶的IC50为100μM;对透明质酸酶呈抑制作用;对兔红细胞膜的过氧化作用有抗氧活性,IC50为162μM。
