- 用途
- Rosiridin是从Rhodiola rosea L中分离的,可抑制MAO A和MAO B,对抑郁症和老年性痴呆具有潜在的作用;在10 μM时对MAO B的抑制率为83.8% (pIC50=5.38),对MAO A的抑制率为16.2±2.3%;具有提高免疫力的作用;可溶于甲醇、乙醇、DMSO等有机溶剂。
