- 生命科学领域,作为选择性5-HT7受体激动剂,IC50 0.83 nM,Ki 0.6 nM,对5-HT1A、1B、1D、5A受体选择性高;体外可恢复对氯苯丙氨酸处理小鼠T细胞增殖;体内用于改善大鼠记忆巩固,剂量0.5-10 mg/kg皮下注射24小时。
