- 化学合成;作为Hsp70激活剂(ML346),体外可激活Hsp70(EC50 4600 nM),恢复蛋白质折叠、CFTR功能及细胞稳态,诱导Hsp70、HO1、GCLM等基因表达;体内可抑制线虫中polyQ35聚集,具有蛋白聚集及毒性修饰活性。
