- Enniatin B1是一种镰刀菌毒素,存在于细菌、真菌和植物产生的环己二肽混合物中,可能污染谷物作物;在大鼠肝微粒体酶实验中抑制酰基辅酶A:胆固醇酰基转移酶(ACAT)活性,IC50为73 μM,能透过血脑屏障,降低ERK(p44/p42)活化,抑制TNF-α诱导的NF-κB激活,对CCF-STTG1细胞敏感(IC50=4.4 μM)。
