- Platycodin D 是从桔梗中分离得到的皂苷类化合物,为 AMPKα 的激活剂,具有抗肥胖活性;用于降血脂、镇静、镇痛、解热、扩张血管;用于含量测定/鉴定/药理实验等,对口腔、咽喉部位、胃粘膜的直接刺激,反射性地增加支气管粘膜分泌亢进从而使痰液稀释,易于排出。
