- 用于治疗闭经、更年期综合症、减少乳汁分泌、前列腺癌等;作为天然雌二醇的戊酸盐,具有雌激素药理作用,促进和调节女性生殖器官和副性征正常发育,参与卵巢轴功能调节;在体外研究中,可激活鞘氨醇激酶同工酶SphK1,刺激S1P和二氢-S1P释放,抑制雌激素受体α介导的miR-21表达;在体内研究中,可降低总腹膜细胞和巨噬细胞绝对数,影响促炎性细胞因子表达及雌激素受体α活性。
