- 视黄醛是视紫红质的辅基,参与视觉形成;在脊椎动物眼球发育中起信号转导作用,调节实验性近视;在皮肤科中作为维A酸中间代谢产物,具有相似生物学活性且皮肤耐受性优于维A酸;可减少已戒烟者患肺癌风险,增加肺组织视黄酸beta受体数量。
