- 实验步骤:通用方法:将α,β-不饱和酸(0.5mmol),Fe(NO₃)₃(1.0mmol),吡啶(0.5mmol)和甲苯(2ml)的混合物在100℃下搅拌12小时。冷却至室温后,将反应混合物用H₂O(10ml)洗涤,并用乙酸乙酯萃取三次。将获得的顶部有机层用无水MgSO₄干燥。将混合物真空浓缩,残余物通过硅胶柱色谱纯化(EA/正己烷=15%),得到纯产物。
