路线1:以间苯二甲酸和邻苯二胺为原料的多磷酸缩合法
- 原料: 间苯二甲酸(1.130g,6.8mmol);邻苯二胺(1.417g,13.1mmol);多磷酸(20mL)
- 步骤: 将原料溶解于多磷酸中,190℃搅拌反应24小时;冷却至室温后倒入50mL冰水中搅拌;用NaOH中和,过滤沉淀并冷水洗涤;甲醇重结晶得白色固体
- 收率: 57%
- 产物性状: 白色固体,熔点183-186℃
