• 步骤:
  1. 将化合物19（2.35mmol，7.80mmol）溶解在甲醇（24ml）中；
  2. 加入2mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液（7.8ml，15.6mmol）；
  3. 回流反应0.5小时（30分钟）；
  4. 减压蒸馏除去溶剂，向残余物中加入2mol/L盐酸至酸性，过滤收集沉淀的晶体；
  5. 用水洗涤后干燥，得到目标化合物。
