- 步骤: 在0℃下,将亚硫酰氯(1.03ml,14.2mmol)滴加到L-对硝基苯丙氨酸(0.995g,4.73mmol)在10ml MeOH中的悬浮液中。添加后,使形成的溶液温热至室温。将反应混合物加热回流过夜,然后浓缩。粗产物用甲醇/乙酸乙酯重结晶,得到1.012g(95%)L-对硝基苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐。
