实验步骤:该化合物如下述参考文献所述合成:J.Heterocyclic Chem。,1989,26,54。苯-1,2-二胺(12.6g,116mmol),哌啶-4-羧酸的混合物( 搅拌15g,116mmol)和4M HCl水溶液(250mL)并在回流下加热48小时。 将反应混合物冷却至室温,加入5M NaOH水溶液使其呈碱性。 通过抽滤收集形成的沉淀,用水洗涤并在真空烘箱中干燥,得到8.8g(38%)2-(哌啶-4-基)-1H-苯并咪唑。 m / z = 202 [M + + H]。
