实验步骤:步骤3:4-(苄氧基)-3-甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲醛的制备; 将4-羟基-3-甲氧基-2-硝基苯甲醛(155g,786mmol)溶于DMF(1500mL)中,并将搅拌的溶液用碳酸钾(217g,1.57mol)处理,然后用苄基溴(161g, 0.94摩尔)。 搅拌16小时后,将反应混合物减压浓缩,并在水(2L)和EtOAc(2L)之间分离。 用盐水(3×2L)洗涤有机层,干燥(硫酸钠)并减压浓缩。 将得到的固体用Et 2 O(1L)研磨,得到标题化合物(220g,97%):1H NMR(DMSO-Cf6)δ:9.77(1H,s),7.87(1H,d),7.58( 1 H,d),7.51(1H,m),7.49(1H,m),7.39(3H,m),5.36(2H,s),3.05(3H,s)。
