合成条件：With potassium carbonate In N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 20℃; Inert atmosphere
实验步骤：在室温下，在氮气下，向2g（7.434mmol）2-溴-4-三氟甲基 - 苯甲酸（CAS：328-89-2）在20ml DMF中的溶液中加入1.13g（8.177mmol）碳酸钾和 557ul（8.921mmol）甲基碘。 将混合物在氮气下搅拌过夜。 将混合物倒入水（300ml）中。 用乙酸乙酯（2.x.80ml）萃取水层。 将合并的萃取液用硫酸钠干燥，过滤并真空浓缩。 将粗制油状物在硅胶上纯化（洗脱液：庚烷/乙酸乙酯0至10％），得到1.75g（83％）标题化合物，为橙色油状物。
