合成条件:With ammonium hydroxide In dichloromethane at 22 - 26℃;
实验步骤:向搅拌的氰尿酰氯(2.16g,11.69mmol)的无水二氯甲烷(10mL)溶液中逐滴加入氢氧化铵(1当量)。 用快速色谱法(乙酸乙酯/二氯甲烷8:2)纯化残余物,得到化合物18(I),产率为99%。
