- 原料:L-抗坏血酸(83.9g,0.477mol)、水(600mL)、10% Pd/C催化剂(8.3g)
- 反应条件:Parr氢化器中,48psi氢气压,18℃,反应62小时
- 后处理:过滤去除催化剂,滤液真空浓缩,得到的灰白色固体在50℃真空烘箱中干燥18小时
- 产物:L-古洛糖酸-γ-内酯(81.0g)
- 收率:96%
- 熔点:182-184℃
