合成条件:With potassium carbonate In 1-methyl-pyrrolidin-2-one at 135℃;
实验步骤:步骤1:向含有化合物1(3.9g,31mmol)和Boc-哌嗪(6.3g,34mmol)的N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)(30ml)溶液中加入K 2 CO 3(8.5g,62毫摩尔)。 将混合物在135℃搅拌过夜。反应完成后,将混合物倒入冰水中,收集沉淀物,得到所需产物,为黄色固体(6.4g,72%)。
