合成条件:With bromine; iron In nitrobenzene at 20 - 210℃; for 3.33 h; Inert atmosphere
实验步骤:在氮气下,将溴(9.0mL,349mmol)逐滴加入到9(3.95g,17.3mmol)和Fe(410mg,7.34mmol)的硝基苯(200mL)中,在室温下搅拌20分钟,再在210° C 3小时。 将反应混合物冷却至室温后,加入Et 2 O,收集沉淀物。 用Et 2 O,丙酮和CHCl 3彻底洗涤固体,得到白色粉末(11.5g,16.4mmol,94.8%)。熔点 > 300°C; 1HNMR(300MHz,CDCl3):δ(ppm)= 8.72(s,6H,Ar-H); IR(KBr):νmax(cm -1)= 1585,1551,1454,1365,1119,873,863。
