合成条件：at 20℃; Inert atmosphere; Cooling with ice
实验步骤：取2-氨基 - 苄胺（6.0g，49.2mmol）溶于二氯甲烷，N2保护，在冰浴下搅拌，滴加（Boc）2O（10.7g，49.2mmol）的二氯甲烷溶液。升温至室温 反应完成后，依次用蒸馏水洗涤反应溶液，用饱和盐水洗涤，用无水硫酸钠干燥，抽滤，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，然后搅拌过夜。 中间体5,10.5g，收率96.2％。
