合成条件:With hydrogenchloride In water at 0 - 20℃; for 8 h;
实验步骤:在0℃下,将14.6g(0.1mol)8-羟基喹啉,16mL 32%HCl水溶液和16mL(0.1mL)37%甲醛水溶液的混合物用氯化氢气体处理6小时。 将溶液在室温下静置2小时,不搅拌。 得到的黄色固体在过滤器上收集,用90%乙醇洗涤并在真空下干燥,得到5-氯甲基-8-羟基喹啉盐酸盐A(19.0g,98%):1H NMR(250MHz,CDCl3,5)5.32(s, 2H),7.53(m,1H),7.85(m,2H),8.12(m,1H),9.12(m,1H),9.28(m,1H)。
