实验步骤:步骤I:(4-溴代噻吩-2-基)甲醇(3-26秒):将硼氢化钠(5.20g,0.137mol)加入到4-溴 - 噻吩-2-甲醛3_26_1(25.0g,0.131)的溶液中。 在室温下,在无水四氢呋喃(400mL)中将所得混合物在室温下搅拌1.5小时。 通过在室温下小心地加入饱和氯化铵溶液(100mL)淬灭反应。 将混合物萃取到乙酸乙酯中,萃取物用盐水洗涤,经硫酸钠干燥,浓缩,得到产物(25.02g,99%收率),将其不经进一步纯化用于下一步骤。 NMR(400MHz,CDCl 3):δ= 1.93(br.s,1H),4.79(s,2H),6.93(s,1H),7.18(d,J = 1.5Hz,1H)。
