实验步骤:在0℃下向搅拌的化合物2(11.5g,65.7mmol)的AcOH:AcOAc(1:1,200ml)溶液中滴加溶于水的CrO 3(15g,151.11mmol)。 将反应混合物在室温下搅拌3小时。 将反应混合物用水稀释并用EtOAc萃取。 将合并的有机萃取物经无水Na 2 SO 4干燥,并在减压下浓缩,得到粗产物,将其通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化,用MeOH / DCM洗脱,得到中间体-38(9g,85%),为黄色固体。 LC-MS:m / z = 190 [M + H]
