实验步骤:步骤2:甲基 - (2-溴甲基-6-硝基)苯甲酸甲酯,100g(512mmol)甲基 - (2-甲基-6-硝基)苯甲酸甲酯,100.2g(563mmol)N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺在500中的混合物 在80℃下向反应混合物中加入121mg(0.5mmol)过氧化苯甲酰,在80℃下继续加热16小时并冷却至环境温度。然后将反应混合物用饱和碳酸氢钠和盐水洗涤。将有机层干燥 通过过滤除去所有固体,将滤液浓缩至总共137.5g淡黄色油状物,收率98%。 1H NMR(CDCl3)(300MHz)δ3.95(s,3H),4.96(s,2H)8.01(d,3JHCCH = 8.6Hz),7.62(dd,3JHCCH = 8.6Hz,3JHCCH = 7.6Hz),7.85( d,3JHCCH = 7.6 Hz)
