实验步骤:将L-八氢吲哚-2-羧酸(1.69g,10mmol)加入到反应烧瓶中,加入30mL THF和30mL蒸馏水搅拌,得到7mL NaOH水溶液(0.68g,17mmol) 将反应物滴加到冰浴中,加入,将反应物搅拌10分钟。(Boc)2O(2.84g,13mmol)升至室温,保持12小时.TLC检测反应完成,用水稀释,用甲基叔丁基 除去丁醚萃取杂质,水相用柠檬酸PH至酸性,乙酸乙酯萃取三次,合并有机相,用饱和盐水洗涤,用Na2SO4干燥,过滤并浓缩,得到3.21g化合物1,产率100%。
