The molar ratio of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol to dichloropentaerythritol diphosphite was maintained at 2.30:1. The mixture was stirred under nitrogen at a speed of 800 rpm and reacted at 60°C for 2 hours. The hydrogen chloride gas generated during the reaction was absorbed by a sodium hydroxide solution. (4) The solvent was removed by减压蒸馏 under reduced pressure at 100°C and 0.06 MPa. An appropriate amount of isopropanol was then added to the residue, and the mixture was stirred to crystallize the product. (5) The reaction mixture obtained from step (4) was subjected to suction filtration to yield a white solid powder, identified as bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. 参考文献：
