实验步骤:向NaH(0.15g)和苯酚(0.353g,0.0375mol)的THF(15mL)溶液中加入4-硝基邻苯二甲腈(0.50g,0.0028mol)的THF(15mL)溶液,回流8小时。 过滤得到的1,2-二异氰基-4-苯氧基苯(8),用乙酸乙酯洗涤固体,将滤液和洗涤液混合,减压蒸发(方案-II)。 使用溶剂系统,乙酸乙酯:己烷(1:4),通过快速柱色谱法纯化得到的白色沉淀物。 产量= 0.737g,产率百分比= 86.4,Rf = 0.36(乙酸乙酯:己烷,1:4)。 1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ0.90(s,2H),3.46(m,5H,CH)7.07(m,3H,ArH),13C NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ71.01,117.45,119.69,119.92, 126.95,127.34,134.43,135.20。
