实验步骤:将LiBH 4(573mg,26.3mmol,2当量)加入到1-氰基环丙烷羧酸乙酯(1.7mL,13.15mmol,1当量)的THF(18mL)溶液中,并将混合物加热至50℃,保持18℃。 H。 将反应冷却至0℃并加入NaHCO 3(饱和水溶液)直至气体逸出停止。 将混合物用盐水(20mL)稀释,并用EtOAc(1×60mL),DCM(3×60mL)和10%MeOH / DCM(2×60mL)萃取。 合并有机萃取液,干燥(MgSO 4)并真空除去溶剂,得到标题化合物,为透明油状物(820mg,65%); 1 H NMR(500MHz; CDCl 3):0.96-1.01(2H,m),1.27-1.31(2H,m),3.64(2H,s)。

实验步骤:2)1-(氢甲基)环丙烷甲腈的制备将1-氰基环丙烷羧酸甲酯(1.08g,8.5mmol)溶解在四氢呋喃(26mL)中后,加入硼氢化锂(0.2g,9.35mmol),回流混合物。 1小时。 向反应物中加入水(3.5mL)后,用1N盐酸水溶液中和,用乙醚(20mL)萃取10次,用无水硫酸镁干燥有机层,减压浓缩。。 使用硅胶柱色谱法(乙酸乙酯/正己烷= 2/1)纯化残余物,得到无色液体状的目标化合物(625mg,75.7%)。 1H-NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ0.98(m,2H),1.28(m,2H),2.05(s,1H),3.64(s,2H)
