合成条件:at 95℃; for 6 h;
实验步骤:通用方法:将芳香醛(10.0mmol),丙二腈或氰基乙酸乙酯(11.0当量),吡啶(10.0mmol)的混合物在95℃下搅拌6小时。 通过使用TLC监测反应进程。 反应完成后,将水(10mL)加入到反应混合物中,用二氯甲烷(3×10mL)萃取,合并的有机层用无水硫酸钠干燥,真空蒸发溶剂。 使用己烷作为洗脱液,通过柱色谱法纯化粗产物,并表征为b-氰基苯乙烯1a-m。
